Student Painting(leave comments for Denise at the end of her gallery)
I had always wanted to "learn" to paint and when I was empty nesting after my second child left for college, I decided to take a course at Assabet. A drawing course was a prerequisite and so I luckily met Kathy. I continued on to painting classes at her house and over the years I have laughed and learned, met a number of awesome fellow students, and thoroughly enjoyed my weekly art therapy sessions. I have found that I express my love of travel in my painting choices; each one evokes a memory and a story. - Denise Kofron
