My very talented sister, has been drawing and painting up a storm. I think her abstracts are so exquisite I decided she needed a page just for them!

"All work is done in colored pencil and ink"
"The secret is NOT to think about it. Abstracts May look simple but they take time. Pick a color. Add some shading or movement, what ever feels good. Move to another color. Try blending it with the previous color. Turn your work. When I get sick of a color or what I’m doing I move. Or go to a clean side of the paper. I like to work until the paper is full. Add shading and highlights which pleases the eye. Then finally I use the ink to set things off. " - Karen Fay
